Location is perfect, easy to access and with all it is needed for a small group meeting or a small group workshop.

I would simply give the option to include in the meeting room 1 drink per person instead of having to pay it separately. Infact the only option possible to book was a €13 per person for infinitive coffee which is not suitable for a couple of hours meeting in the evening.
That said, it was a great experience
The room was very hot temp was 79-80 degrees and even with the door open it would not cool off. The receptionist wasn't sure how to make it cooler, after making a call, she said it was adjusted at the main controller but it never cooled off in the conference room.
Connecting to the screen proved difficult – it was only possible because another co-working guest was an IT specialist and was able to help. We had expected to be able to connect to the screen without any problems
The room wasn’t very clean, particularly the armchairs.
The advert mentioned a screen, but the room didn’t have one when I arrived. Fortunately, the person who welcomed me found one for me.
I rented a meeting room here for 4 hours. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were good, and the location is convenient.
However, a few things could be better. They could not stamp our parking ticket, so we had to pay for parking ourselves. Also, the Wi-Fi details were not given when we arrived, and we had to ask the staff. When we needed help with it later, the staff member had gone on a break and no one else was available.
We ordered lunch, and paid for it while there was no lunch provided. Nice lunch outside, but we did not have the time for it. Would be nicer to know this in advance.

The staff on site should have let you know in advance that it wasn't possible to deliver your meals so that you could make other arrangements.
We have, of course, issued a refund for the undelivered meals.
The facility was quite nice. However, there were no instructions on how to actually access the building if you don't have a phone number to use. You were supposed to call a number and since getting a Japanese number is difficult and roaming is ridiculously expensive many users from overseas will not have a phone number. I also didn't see any staff at the location and if there were they did not identify themselves or have some kind of indicator. Also, minor point. There was no information on which WiFi network to use. I eventually figured it out but it would been nice to just tell us explicitly which to use. All this said, I would definitely use this service again. Good value and a few minor quibbles.
No one was on site when we arrived to try and access the building, and now it has been a nightmare to try and get a refund.

I liked the location, the layout of the space and the staff.
I would have liked slightly better-quality coffee and spoons for the coffee machine. For €15 for a whole day’s coffee, I could have had three barista-made coffees from a café; as it was, the value for money wasn’t quite right.
The premises were perhaps a tad spartan. On the other hand, I wasn’t really looking for anything hipster-chic; I’d come with a colleague to get some work done, and the premises were well suited to that. A whiteboard would have been a nice addition.
I’d booked an ‘open tourist’ spot for the day, officially from 9 am to 6 pm. I made sure not to arrive after 9 am; there was just one cubicle left, no screen available – just my little laptop screen:(
At lunchtime, I had an appointment, so I vacated the cubicle. As there were no lockers, I took all my belongings with me to my appointment.
When I returned early in the afternoon, unsurprisingly the cubicle was occupied. So I had the choice between sitting on a sofa in the middle of the open-plan office – but there was no way to get some privacy for a phone meeting – or settling down in the video games area. Which is what I did to get some privacy.
And at around 3.30 pm, between two meetings, when I wanted to go and get a cup of tea (which, incidentally, is very good in the morning: honey, lemon and ginger), unfortunately, the canteen closes at 3 pm.
Otherwise, it’s in an excellent location next to the station, but there are clearly not enough cubicles for people passing through who need somewhere to get away from it all.
A calm and productive atmosphere – exactly what was needed. However, I’d ordered a catering service and head office never followed up on my request, so I had to sort things out with the assistant on site.
