Workspace availability across Pakistan
The current inventory covers 30 locations spread across three cities: Lahore leads with 14 spaces, Islamabad follows with 11, and Karachi accounts for the remaining 5. All three workspace categories — meeting rooms, day offices, and coworking day passes — are available at each city level. Capacity ranges from single-person setups to meeting rooms accommodating 20 or more participants.
Where companies book
Lahore
Gulberg III concentrates the largest share of Lahore's supply. Venues like Regus LAHORE, Tricon Corporate Centre and Regus Lahore, Askari both operate in that district, while Signature Lahore, Naveena Tower adds a second operator option in the same cluster. Gulberg II is also represented in the broader search results. For teams that need a standalone office rather than a shared environment, day offices in Lahore run across corporate clusters from Eden Value Homes to the CBD.
Islamabad
Regus ISLAMABAD, Emirates Tower in F-7 is the most prominently listed venue for the capital. The city's 11 spaces span districts including I-9/3 and Wah Cantt New City, giving reasonable geographic spread for teams based in different parts of Islamabad. Blue Area and F-7 Markaz also appear in the district index for this city.
Karachi
Karachi's 5 spaces are concentrated in Clifton and the Financial District cluster. Regus operates multiple centres here — the Financial District venue, the Executive Centre, and the Regus Financial District Centre in Downtown Karachi — making it the primary operator for on-demand bookings in the city. Saddar is an additional district in the local coverage area.
Pricing: what to expect
No fixed rate card applies across Pakistan — pricing follows commercial real-estate logic, meaning a meeting room in Gulberg III or Clifton will typically cost more than one in a peripheral district. Booking by the day rather than by the hour generally produces a meaningful discount; the platform applies approximately 40% off the hourly rate when switching to a daily booking. Coworking day passes represent the entry-level option across all three cities.
What's included and how booking works
Meeting rooms come with Wi-Fi, a screen or TV, a whiteboard, and still water. Day offices include a desk, chairs, and Wi-Fi. Coworking passes provide a shared desk and Wi-Fi; coffee machines and common areas are accessible across most venues. Printing is available at an additional per-copy charge, and parking is an extra option at select locations. Around 80% of spaces have on-site reception, and roughly 70% include phone booths.
Bookings require payment at the time of reservation — accepted methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. A confirmation email is sent immediately after payment, and invoices are issued automatically at approximately 70% of venues. Same-day booking is supported where availability shows in the search — there is no fixed cutoff hour, though this depends on the individual partner. Cancellation terms are displayed on the booking screen before payment is confirmed; refunds or credit notes are processed automatically where applicable.
Catering — breakfast, lunch, coffee service, and sweet breaks — can be added to meeting room bookings with a 48-hour lead time. If a catering order cannot be fulfilled, a refund is issued. Standard operating hours run 09:00–17:00, with some venues open until 22:00. Monday and Tuesday tend to see the highest demand across the network; Friday is consistently the quietest day.
