Workspace across Israel: what's available and where
The inventory covers 40 locations across six cities, with meeting rooms, day offices, and coworking day passes all bookable through a single account. Tel Aviv accounts for the largest share with 6 spaces, spread across Sarona and Ramat Hachayal. Jerusalem (Har Hozvim, Givat Shaul), Herzliya Pituach, Haifa's Matam tech corridor, Kfar Saba, and Beer Sheva each carry 2 spaces. Outside the major cities, venues in Ramat Gan, Rehovot, or Yehuda, and Or Yehuda extend coverage to the wider Gush Dan area.
Pricing: what to expect per booking
Meeting room rates vary with capacity and location. A 4-person room runs from around ₪528 per day (CM 626) to ₪749 (MR-825). Mid-size rooms seat 9–14 people: the Golden room lists at ₪850 for 9 seats, while the Princess (14 seats) comes in at ₪1,151 — slightly below the Almog at ₪1,283 for 12. Pricing follows real-estate logic, so central districts like Sarona or Herzliya Pituach tend to cost more than peripheral locations. Booking by the day rather than by the hour typically saves around 40%.
What's included in the booking
Meeting rooms come with Wi-Fi, a screen or TV, a paperboard, and water. Day offices include a desk, chairs, and Wi-Fi. Coworking day passes give access to a shared desk and Wi-Fi, plus common areas and coffee machines. Around 80% of venues have on-site reception; phone booths are available at roughly 70%. Printing is pay-per-copy. Parking is an optional add-on at most sites.
Catering and same-day availability
Catering — breakfast, lunch, coffee service, or a sweet break — can be ordered at the time of booking for most venues, with a 48-hour lead time required. If catering isn't available at your chosen location, the cost is refunded automatically. Same-day booking is supported where the slot appears in search results; there's no fixed cutoff, though availability depends on the partner venue.
Cancellation and payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. Cancellation terms are shown on the booking screen before payment and vary by country. Self-service cancellation is available, and refunds or credit notes are issued automatically. Around 70% of spaces generate an invoice immediately after booking.
Using one account across Israel and beyond
The same login works for every city in Israel and for bookings in other countries — useful for teams that split time between Tel Aviv and international offices. Monday and Tuesday are the busiest booking days nationally; Friday sees the lightest demand, which can be relevant for planning availability in advance. Standard hours run 09:00–17:00, with some venues staying open until 22:00.
