Where to book in Kenya
Nairobi accounts for 31 of the 34 spaces listed on the platform, making it the only city with meaningful coverage depth. Westlands and Kilimani are the two districts with the highest concentration of venues — between them, locations like Regus Delta Corner, Westlands Museum Hill, and Vienna Court cover everything from one-person day offices to meeting rooms that seat 20 or more. Upper Hill adds a Financial District option through Regus Britam Towers, while Gigiri (Village Market) serves teams that work near diplomatic and international organisation offices.
Outside Nairobi, listings exist in Thika (Kenyatta Highway), Mombasa (Nyali), and Kiambu (Thindigua) — one venue each. These are useful for occasional bookings but shouldn't be relied on for regular scheduling given the limited availability.
Workspace types available
All three formats — meeting rooms, day offices, and coworking day passes — are available across the 34 listed venues. Meeting rooms range from small two-person setups to rooms for 20-plus participants. Day offices run from single-desk private spaces up to configurations for 12 or more. Every booking includes Wi-Fi; meeting rooms also come with a screen or TV, a paperboard, and water. Day offices include a desk and chairs. Coffee machines and common areas are shared across all formats, and phone booths are available in roughly 70% of venues where that infrastructure exists.
Catering — breakfast, lunch, coffee service, or a sweet break — can be added to most bookings but requires at least 48 hours' notice. If the operator cannot fulfil a catering order, a refund is issued automatically.
How pricing works
Rates in Nairobi follow real-estate logic: Westlands and Upper Hill venues typically price higher than peripheral districts, though the gap varies by venue and no fixed differential applies across the board. Several Westlands venues are priced in USD rather than KES — this is noted directly in the venue name (e.g. Regus Delta Corner USD). Booking by the day rather than the hour tends to reduce the effective hourly rate by around 40%.
Booking process and conditions
Bookings are confirmed instantly by email, and around 70% of venues issue an invoice immediately after payment. Payment is taken at the time of booking via credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. Same-day booking is available when the slot appears in search results — there is no fixed cutoff hour, though this depends on the venue operator.
Cancellation terms are displayed before payment on the booking screen and vary by location. Refunds where applicable are processed automatically, with a credit note generated on the same transaction. Standard hours run 09:00–17:00, though some venues extend access up to 22:00. Arrival before the venue's closing time is required. Monday and Tuesday tend to see the highest booking volume across the network; Friday is typically the quietest. One account covers bookings worldwide, so Nairobi can be booked alongside any other city using the same login.
