Where to book across Nigeria
The inventory splits unevenly across six cities. Lagos accounts for 15 spaces, concentrated in Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, and Ikeja. Abuja follows with 7 spaces, mostly in the Central Business District and Maitama. Port Harcourt, Rivers, Owerri, and Maiduguri each hold between 1 and 2 listings — useful for occasional visits, but the real depth is in Lagos and Abuja.
Lagos: the largest cluster
Eight Regus venues operate across different Lagos districts. Regus Lagos, VI Waterfront and Regus Lagos, Lennox cover Victoria Island and Lekki Phase 1 respectively — two of the city's most active business corridors. Regus Lagos, Vibranium Valley and Regus Lagos, Landmark House extend coverage into Ikeja and Ikeja GRA, which matters for teams working near Murtala Muhammed International Airport. Regus LAGOS, Mulliner Towers sits in Ikoyi, another established financial address. All eight venues are bookable with same-day availability when slots are open.
Abuja: CBD focus
Both Regus ABUJA, City Centre and Regus ABUJA, Constitution Avenue sit within the Central Business District, making Abuja straightforward to navigate for government-adjacent meetings or corporate visits. Maitama also carries listings for teams preferring that side of the capital. With 7 spaces total, Abuja offers solid coverage for a secondary market.
Pricing in Nigerian naira
Meeting room rates in the pricing data range from around ₦34,692 for a 4-person room (CM 01) to ₦49,776 for an 8-person room (CMR and CMR/IYABI MEETING ROOM). Boardroom formats sit between those figures — the CM Boardroom for 7 people is listed at ₦42,737 per day, while the 4-person version runs ₦39,721. These are full-day rates; booking by the hour typically costs more per unit but less in total for shorter sessions. Central districts generally price higher than peripheral ones, consistent with local real estate logic.
What's included at each workspace type
Meeting rooms come with Wi-Fi, a screen or TV, a paperboard, and water. Day offices include a desk, chairs, and Wi-Fi. Coworking day passes cover a shared desk and Wi-Fi. Across all three types, coffee machines and common areas are accessible. Printing is available on a pay-per-copy basis, and parking can be added at venues where it's offered. Catering — breakfast, lunch, coffee and tea service, or a sweet break — can be ordered at most venues with at least 48 hours' notice.
Booking conditions
Payment is collected at the time of booking by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna. A confirmation email arrives immediately. Invoices are issued automatically at roughly 70% of spaces; the remainder send them shortly after. Cancellation terms vary by venue and are shown on the booking screen before payment — cancellations are self-service and refunds are processed automatically. Same-day booking is available when the slot appears in search results; there is no fixed cutoff hour, though this depends on the individual partner. Monday and Tuesday are the busiest booking days across the network; Friday tends to have more availability.
