Typical meeting rooms include Wi-Fi, a screen or TV, a paperboard, and still water from a fountain or bottles. Around 80 percent of venues have a staffed reception, and 70 percent offer phone booths for private calls. Printers operate on a pay-per-copy basis, while parking is usually offered as a paid add-on. Catering—ranging from breakfast and lunch to coffee service or a sweet break—requires 48 hours' notice and is fulfilled directly by the operator; if an item becomes unavailable, the cost is refunded. Core hours run from 09:00 to 17:00, with some spaces extending access until 22:00, though you must arrive before the venue closes.

Daily rates typically offer a discount of around 40 percent compared to booking by the hour, though exact savings depend on the venue and its district. All invoices show Mexico's 16 percent standard VAT as a separate line, making it straightforward to claim workspace costs on company expense reports. Because Playa del Carmen currently has no active listings, price floors and capacity-specific examples are not yet available. Once venues join the network, pricing will reflect real-estate logic: central locations command higher rates than peripheral ones, with the gap varying by property and operator rather than following a single percentage formula.
