Prime business districts for your meetings
The Porta Nuova district concentrates modern office towers and high-end meeting spaces. Business centers are mainly located between Corso Buenos Aires and Central Station, offering direct access to the yellow and green metro lines. The Isola district attracts startups and tech companies with collaborative spaces and rooms equipped with the latest technologies.
Brera appeals to creative companies and consulting firms with its historic palaces converted into premium workspaces. The Navigli area offers more affordable alternatives, particularly appreciated by SMEs and professional associations. The historic center, around Piazza del Duomo, remains popular for prestigious meetings despite higher rates.
Equipment and included services
Most Milan meeting rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi connection, essential for international video conferences. Standard audiovisual equipment includes a video projector, projection screen and sound system adapted to the room capacity. Premium spaces add interactive screens, video capture systems and live streaming solutions.
Catering services are organized according to several formulas. The classic coffee break generally costs between €8 and €12 per person, while business lunches vary from €25 to €45 depending on the venue's standing. Some centers offer all-inclusive packages including reception, parking and refreshments to optimize your event budget.
Access and transportation
Milan's metro network efficiently serves the main business districts. The M2 line (green) connects Central Station to Porta Genova crossing the economic activity zones. The M3 line (yellow) connects Central Station to the city center via Repubblica and Duomo stops. The M1 (red) and M4 (blue) lines complete this network by serving developing peripheral districts.
Parking often represents a challenge in Milan's city center. Private parking lots charge between €2 and €4 per hour depending on the zone. Meeting spaces located in the periphery generally offer free parking spaces, compensating for geographical distance with ease of car access.

Booking and practical arrangements
Booking is mainly done online, with immediate confirmation for most available spaces. Half-day slots generally correspond to 4 hours of use (morning 9am-1pm, afternoon 2pm-6pm), while full day covers 8 consecutive hours. Some centers accept emergency bookings with a 15% to 25% surcharge on the standard rate.
Cancellation conditions vary according to providers. Most allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the event, with a 50% retention between 24h and 4h before the start of the booking. Last-minute modifications (time change, number of participants) remain possible subject to availability and sometimes involving a rate adjustment.
