I’d booked an ‘open tourist’ spot for the day, officially from 9 am to 6 pm. I made sure not to arrive after 9 am; there was just one cubicle left, no screen available – just my little laptop screen:( At lunchtime, I had an appointment, so I vacated the cubicle. As there were no lockers, I took all my belongings with me to my appointment. When I returned early in the afternoon, unsurprisingly the cubicle was occupied. So I had the choice between sitting on a sofa in the middle of the open-plan office – but there was no way to get some privacy for a phone meeting – or settling down in the video games area. Which is what I did to get some privacy. And at around 3.30 pm, between two meetings, when I wanted to go and get a cup of tea (which, incidentally, is very good in the morning: honey, lemon and ginger), unfortunately, the canteen closes at 3 pm. Otherwise, it’s in an excellent location next to the station, but there are clearly not enough cubicles for people passing through who need somewhere to get away from it all.

Awesome environment great place to work

A calm and productive atmosphere – exactly what was needed. However, I’d ordered a catering service and head office never followed up on my request, so I had to sort things out with the assistant on site.

App needed to access the meeting room, not worth the moneyfor a meeting room

Very friendly staff. Third time in this specific office and all went smoothly.

Before the tenant or their client arrives, it would be a good idea to notify the building’s reception so that they can be directed to your floor. Providing the name of the client and the company that will be hosting them on your premises would be a real bonus. There was nothing to drink: a jug of water and some glasses. In this hot weather, it’s a welcome little touch.

A magnificent venue with a lovely atmosphere, natural light, and excellent layout and facilities. I received a warm welcome. Conveniently situated in the upper part of Gland, close to the motorway exit and public transport, with parking spaces available, and restaurants and tea rooms nearby if required. I’ll be going back there.

Very nice office for business trips

Oh my gosh the staff is absolutely amazing!! The space is gorgeous and beautifully clean the only reason I rated for stars is because the chair at the desk could have used a sticky roller but other than that everything was sparkling! I will definitely use the space again! Highly recommend, very convenient, and excellent value for the money!

The Wi-Fi code should have been on the bill, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Access to the offices was also supposed to work via the app. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either. Perhaps it was our fault.

Office was nice but the wifi was intermittent which meant I couldn’t do my work there.

As feedback: Unfortunately, I did not receive the digital key as expected. Instead, I received an email asking me to register for some services (to unspecific). During the registration process, Switzerland was not available as a country option. Even after completing the registration, I still could not find a digital key. Instead, I was presented with a rather complex portal offering various features whose purpose was not clear. When I tried calling the hotline for assistance, I only reached an Italian-language answering machine before the call was disconnected. The lady which led us finally in could also not speak English. Thus I still don’t know how it should work. In addition, there were no English and simple instructions in the meeting room explaining how to use the screen or presentation equipment. Overall, the room itself is nice and has great potential. However, the user experience surrounding access and setup is unnecessarily complicated and could be made much more straightfor

Our booking was changed without us being informed in advance. The room we booked was for 12 people, but on arrival we were given a smaller room for 8 people. The receptionist (Ms Lilia SALHI) gave us her contact details and promised a partial refund. To date, we have received nothing.

A lovely find – I rented an office for 2:00. Brilliant – coffee, a printer, toilets, a reception area, excellent Wi-Fi; everything was perfect. If I need to, I’ll be more than happy to come back.

Different opening hours – 8 am–5 pm and 9 am–5 pm – are listed on various channels, when in fact they are 8.30 am–4.30 pm. The staff’s response to this was extremely friendly and solution-oriented. There was no extension lead at the desk. Well
