Workspace Booking Framework
Hungary's workspace market operates on immediate booking confirmation with payment processed upfront via credit card, PayPal, or digital wallets. The platform covers meeting rooms starting from 1-hour minimums, private day offices, and coworking day passes with same-day availability when slots appear in search results. Each booking generates instant email confirmation and invoicing for 70% of spaces.
Equipment and Service Standards
Meeting rooms include Wi-Fi, screen or TV display, paperboard, and still water as standard equipment. Day offices provide desk, chairs, and Wi-Fi connectivity, while coworking passes grant shared desk access with Wi-Fi. Most venues (80%) maintain reception services, and 70% offer phone booths for private calls. Coffee machines and common areas are typically accessible across all booking types.
Catering and Add-On Services
Food service requires 48-hour advance notice and covers breakfast, lunch, coffee service, and sweet break options. Operators fulfill catering requests directly, with full refunds when unavailable. Printing operates on pay-per-copy basis, and parking can be added as an extra option where venues provide it. Post-booking modifications for add-ons are supported.
Operating Hours and Peak Patterns
Standard operating hours run 09:00–17:00, with some venues extending availability until 22:00. You must arrive before closing time to access your booked space. Monday and Tuesday show the highest booking volume, while Friday typically sees the lightest demand. These patterns serve as general guidance rather than affecting pricing or availability.
Cancellation and VAT Processing
Cancellation terms vary by location and appear on the booking screen before payment. The self-service cancellation system processes automatic refunds and generates credit notes when applicable. All invoices include Hungary's 27% standard VAT rate broken out separately for company expense reporting purposes.
