No synchronisation with the booking platform, so nobody was expecting me. The room I’d booked had no air conditioning, even though it was listed as having it 😡. The Wi-Fi wasn’t secure, which is unacceptable in terms of cyber security. There was a discrepancy between the refreshments ordered for the break and what was actually provided (coffee, tea, water, juice and petits fours ordered) – on the first day we were given juice and a few petits fours but no coffee or tea; after complaining, it was sorted. In short, I won’t be returning any time soon.
